Description

This spike is inspired by problem from MODINVOICE-130. One need to investigate and propose an effective approach to convert JsonObject (in particular, BatchVoucher) to its XML representation including XSD-validation of the XML. If possible, it is necessary to maximize the use of tools and approaches that already exist in the FOLIO/RMB.

Acceptance criteria:
1. JsonObject/XML binding with XSD-validation proposed and documented on wiki
