Check that Instance null pointer exception due to missing _version is resolved in Morning Glory

• We need not only remove "_version" field. We, also, need to disable OL triggers: 

  ALTER TABLE instance DISABLE TRIGGER set_instance_ol_version_trigger;
  ALTER TABLE holdings_record DISABLE TRIGGER set_holdings_record_ol_version_trigger;
  ALTER TABLE item DISABLE TRIGGER set_item_ol_version_trigger;
  

  but we have not got direct access to DB on snapshot or snapshot-2 for this. 

I believe that we can try to test this on our Rancher, but we need to finish tune up of DB on this env.

afedasiuk I'm going to add a little task and link to the bug MODINV-684 - to test this in Folijet local MG Rancher (when able) and ensure that Data Import Instance updates and quickMARC Edits/Saves work:

1. If OL is turned on and the Instance does not have a version
2. If OL is turned on and the Instance does have a version
3. If OL is turned off and the Instance does not have a version
4. If OL is turned off and the Instance does have a version

Does that sound OK?
