    Description

      During DI 100K upgrade we received in journal 540 error messages related to Optimistic locking for Items:

      io.vertx.core.impl.NoStackTraceThrowable: Current retry number 3 exceeded or equal given number 3 for the Item update for jobExecutionId '1dd5d423-592d-4017-8162-2bd25e97e836'

      Investigate the causes of Optimistic locking and fix them.

      Perhaps the cause depends on the environment.
      This case is reproduced only on the 100K+ update.

      Excepted result:
      DI should be finished with status "Completed"

      Actual result:
      DI finished with status "Completed with errors"
