Data import. Using the default profile for creation of instance and SRS record fails

Overview: Load of .mrc files using the default profile for creation of instance and SRS records is completed with errors (seen in FOLIO Snapshot 1/3/2022 and again 1/4/2022). Result only a SRS record is created, and no Instance.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot as user Diku_admin
2. Go to Data Import
3. Import the file Kerstin Ekman title.mrc
4. Run the import using the profile: Default - Create instance and SRS MARC Bib

Expected result: The file is Completed with no errors, and a SRS and an Instance record are created.

Actual result: The file is Completed with errors, and only a SRS record is created, and no Instance record is created.
