Return HTTP 409 Conflict response upon optimistic locking issue raised by mod-inventory-storage

Details

    Description

      Purpose/Overview:

      Each of PUT /inventory/instances/<instanceId>,  PUT /inventory/holdings/<holdingsId> and PUT /inventory/items/<itemId>

      should return 409 when mod-inventory-storage returns 409. Currently mod-inventory returns HTTP 500 (see attached screen as an example)
