Iris: Inventory instance record not updating although quickMARC/SRS updates

NOTE This issue is happening on Iris bugfest environment and several tenants that are live with Iris hotfix #1. Unable to reproduce this issue on snapshot.

1. Go to https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/inventory/quick-marc/edit/942c7c69-4773-4690-a04c-6a788335c97d?filters=source.MARC&sort=title
2. Go to Edit in quickMARC
3. Notice record status = Error
4. update the record

Expected outcome

• View Source reflects update
• quickMARC reflects update
• Inventory reflects update
• Record status = Current

Actual outcome

• View Source reflects update
• quickMARC reflects update
• Inventory DOES NOT reflect update
• Record status = Error

Another scenario

1. Go to https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/
2. I cannot reproduce on snapshot
3. Go to this record - https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/inventory/view/b6bb4b64-bfa3-4c74-9942-b92779e54017
4. Edit the quickMARC record
5. Status = Current
6. Edit the quickMARC record again
7. Status = Error
8. Edit the quickMARC record again
9. Status = Current

One more scenario

1. When I originally edited this record (https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/inventory/view/d7d8f66d-bf24-4503-b3f8-807b7d12b23d?filters=source.MARC&query=dima&sort=title)
2. Status = Current
3. Then I edited the quickMARC record again
4. And Status = Error
5. And I keep editing and Status = Error
