Inventory throws an error message for any type of searches

Overview: When searching in Inventory, you get following error message:
ERROR: in module @folio/inventory, operation GET on resource 'records' failed, saying: proxyClient failure: mod-inventory-17.0.0-SNAPSHOT.386 http://10.36.1.218:9141: finishConnect(..) failed: Connection refused: /10.36.1.218:9141: GET /inventory/instances?limit=100&query=%28keyword%20all%20%22the%22%29%20sortby%20title

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot as user Diku_Admin
2. Go to Inventory, Search in the Instance segment, Keyword
3. When entering 'the' and then click search

Expected result:
I get all instance records where 'the' is in the contributor, title or resource identifier

Actual result:
