      Steps

      • remove all zipping and unzipping operations from mod-inv
      • remove all zipping and unzipping operations from tests
      • Add caffeine cache and store jobProfileSnapshot, MappingRules, MappingParams by jobExecutionId key
      • load jobProfileSnapshot from mod-data-import-converter-storage by HTTP
      • load MappingRules and Mapping Params from SRM by HTTP
      • fix tests
