Item with Lost and paid status throws an error when marked as Withdrawn

Overview: Found during Smoke test of Bugfest-Honeysuckle. Lost and Paid item status is throwing an error message when trying to mark as Withdrawn

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO Bugfest Honeysuckle, https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com/ as user chawhi (chawhi)
2. Go to Inventory. Search in the Item segment for item with Item status 'Lost and paid'
3. Get about 41 results found. Select any of these, and click to view the item record with the given item status 'Lost and paid'.
4. Click the Actions menu, and click Mark as withdrawn
5. Click confirm on the confirmation modal

Expected Results:
The item status is changed to be Withdrawn

Actual Results:
I get an error message saying:
