Can't move item between holdings on a single instance (some items)

Steps:

1. Log into snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to Inventory and create an instance with two holdings and then add a bunch of items to one of the holdings
3. I created this instance with a couple holdings and a bunch of items (I used the "duplicate" feature to make the setup quicker - not sure if that is relevant or not): https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/inventory/view/4806e8ed-6e1a-46a4-8097-b431dc6e9cf7?query=cate
4. I created a page request on one of the items (I don't think it's relevant to this bug, but I thought I'd mention it)
5. Now, from the instance page actions menu, select "move items within an instance"
6. Now drag an item from one holding to another

Expected: The item should move successfully

Actual: You get the 3 dot loading image for about a minute and then an error shows. The item isn't moved. This holds for any of the items (whether they are paged or available). See screencast: https://issues.folio.org/browse/UIIN-1327
