Marking item missing clears check in note and check out note fields

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into bugfest-honeysuckle as a user with all permissions
   • repros on snapshot with all permissions
2. Edit an item record so that it has check in notes and check out notes
3. Save the record
4. Mark the item missing

Expected Results: check in and check out notes are still on the item
Actual Results: check in and check out notes have been deleted
