mod-inventory fails with OOO when a large MARC file is being imported

Multiple errors were encountered in mod-inventory during data import

SEVERE: io.vertx.core.http.impl.HttpClientRequestBase$1: The timeout period of 5000ms has been exceeded while executing POST /preceding-succeeding-titles for host okapi

This request from mod-inventory to the mod-inventory-storage takes 3-7 seconds for each instance and slowdown all data import process in case of 5k+ instances

OleksiiKuzminov will add repro steps and a sample file

It can be reproduced using load marc bibs button

Mod-inventory fails with OOO in few seconds after data import is started. It should be investigated further.
