      Steps

      • Add new table qm_source_record_state
      • Fields (id, id_source_record, state, updateDate)
      • State (IN_PROGRESS, COMMITTED, ERROR)
      • Save state during QM edit workflow in SRM
      • Add eventHandler for QM_INVENTORY_INSTANCE_UPDATED and QM_ERROR
      • Publish this events in mod-srs and mod-inventory
