Far Fewer Test Records Than Usual in Items

Steps to repro:

1. Log into folio-testing as diku_admin
2. Go to Items

Expected: There should be hundreds (thousands?) of item records in this environment.

Actual: There are currently only 7

Additonal info: marcjohnson suggested MODS ingestion may have failed.
