Search on data being stored in the circulations module, but populated in the item record

Placeholder story

UIIN-783 is about filtering Item records by Loan date (date range). The spec is to be able to do the filtering within the Inventory UI (the search and filter pane); but the complexity is that the data is being populated in the item record, but the data does not live in the Inventory module, but is data living in the Circulation module.

Per marcjohnson at Core Functional Grooming meeting 3/3/2020, then within the current implementation of search, then it is not possible to solve the search as required.
