Store INN-Reach/D2IR API Oauth2 Keys and Secrets Securely

Purpose/Overview:
The module (mod-inn-reach) will use a key and secret pair to request a Bearer auth token via Oauth2 using HTTP Basic authentication (per D2IR API documentation, pg. 8) from each INN-Reach central server with which the FOLIO tenant is configured to communicate.

Requirements/Scope:

1. Requirement
   • Create storage schema API key and secret pair (client)
2. Requirement
   • Support one key/secret pair per central server configured

Approach:

• Take a similar approach to eHoldings?

Acceptance criteria:

• AC: Can store (client) key/secret pairs for each configured central server
