INN-Reach Record Contribution: Create Data Model to Store Item Contribution Options Configuration

Purpose/Overview:

Provide a data model to store item contribution options settings.

Requirements/Scope:

1. One configuration per configured central server
2. Store the following data:
   • a list of FOLIO item states that should be considered "Not available" that does not include "Available", "Checked out", "Paged", "In transit", "Declared lost", "Withdrawn", "Awaiting pickup, or "Awaiting Delivery
   • A list of FOLIO loan types that should be considered non-lendable
   • A list of FOLIO locations whose items should be considered non-lendable
   • A list of FOLIO material types that should be considered non-lendable

Approach:

Acceptance criteria:

• Can CRUD data model instances in the database
• Cannot include indicated item states in the list of "not available" item states
