Record Contribution: Trigger batch contribution or update of Items to INN-Reach central Server via API

    Description

      Purpose/Overview:

      In addition to the Bib contribution functionality in MODINREACH-6 and MODINREACH-51, we need to be able to trigger the batch contribution of items for contributed instances, as well. To that end, we need to add a parameter to the job definitions instructing the job processor to also contribute appropriate items for for the contributed Bibs.

      Requirements/Scope:

      • Add the ability to indicate items to be processed for contribution to the INN-Reach central server based on record contribution criteria settings.
      • Items should be indictable by associated Instance or individually by itemId
      • Should be processed as jobs in the same or similar queue as Bib contribution

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • All ACs of MODINREACH-6 the job definition should indicate that items are to be processed for contribution, as well.
