Create Record Contribution Criteria Configuration Model

Purpose/Overview:

To manage bibliographic and item record contribution to the INN-Reach central server, mod-inn-reach will need to be able to determine which items and instances in the local FOLIO collection should be fully included, included but suppressed from central discovery, included as "provided by the consortium" (but cataloged by the local server), or not contributed. This configuration should include a list of FOLIO locations to exclude as a whole, as well as indicate which FOLIO inventory statistical codes should indicate the contribution level for each record being evaluated/considered for contribution. The default will be to fully contribute a record unless otherwise indicated based on this configuration.

Requirements/Scope:

1. Requirement: One configuration per configured central server
2. Requirement: Should include the following data
   • An array of FOLIO locations to always be excluded when contributing records
   • A FOLIO inventory statistical code to indicate a record that should be contributed but suppressed from central discovery
   • A FOLIO inventory statistical code to indicate a record should be contributed as supplied by the consortium
   • A FOLIO inventory statistical code to indicate a records should not be contributed
   • Platform standard metadata:
     • Created by userId
     • Created Datetime
     • Modified by userId
     • Modifed Datetime
