Update creation of holdings for INN-Reach Patron Hold items to include holdings source (FOLIO)

Overview:

We need to update MODINREACH's creation of Holdings records for INN-Reach Patron Hold items to include Holdings source (use FOLIO sourceId). I believe it is hard-coded into the system, but you should also be able to retrieve it by name. Right now, the UI is crashing if you attempt to view a Holdings record created by MODINREACH.
