INN-Reach Circulation Flow Terminating Transaction Handling: Local Checkout (Local Hold)

Purpose/Overview:

When "localcheckout" message is sent to the central server (MODINREACH-162), identifying information for the item requested and the patron who made the request should be removed from the INN-Reach Patron Hold transaction record.

Requirements/Scope:

1. When handling the "localcheckout" message from the central server (MODINREACH-162), the following fields should be cleared on the Patron Hold transaction record:
   • patronId
   • patronName
   • folioPatronId
   • folioPatronBarcode
   • folioItemId
   • folioHoldingId
   • folioInstanceId
   • folioRequestId
   • folioLoanId
   • folioItemBarcode

Acceptance criteria:

• Transactions in state LOCAL_CHECKOUT should not contain identifying information for the requesting patron or the requested item.
