INN-Reach Item Hold Transactions Missing "title" Attribute

Overview:
The title attribute is not populated for Item Holds.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new INN-Reach Item Hold transaction for an item in FOLIO

Expected Results:
The "title" attribute of the item hold will be populated with the title from the FOLIO instance record associated with the item.

Actual Results:
The "title" field of the INN-Reach transaction hold object is empty.
