Contribution criteria PUT 406 error

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the 'contribution criteria' page
2. Select a central server
3. Fill in all fields
4. Click save
5. Update the page
6. Change any option of the field
7. Click save

Now UI submits metadata and BE returns another error.
The UI will exclude metadata from the request.
Without metadata, BE returns 406, but the data is updated.

The response should be successful
