Create MODGOBI release

Create MODGOBI release 1.1.0

One important aspect of this release is that we update the module descriptor, more specifically the required interface versions to align with the mod-orders interface which as been bumped to 2.0.

I don't think there's any reason to bump the mod-gobi interface version, unless there have been breaking changes (I don't recall off the top of my head). If for some reason we end up doing so, the release would be 2.0.0 and we'd have to also fix and release edge-orders. Please create a user story to do so in that case.

The next version should be 1.2.0
