    Description

      Overview: There are possible field mappings in mappings.json that do not appear in the order record. These fields may confuse users that are working with GOBI integration and should be removed.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into GITHUB mod-gobi resources
      2. Select mapping.json
      3. Review the list of fields

      Expected Results: The following fields have been removed

      • ALERTS
      • CLAIMED
      • CLAIM_GRACE
      • CLAIM_SENT
      • LICENSE_CODE
      • LICENSE_DESCRIPTION
      • LICENSE_REFERENCE
      • REPORTING_CODE
      • REPORTING_DESCRIPTION
      • DATE_ORDERED
      • PURCHASE_ORDER_ID
      • ENCUMBRANCE
      • NOTE_FROM_VENDOR

      Actual Results: These fields currently appear in the mappings.json file

      Additional Information: We should not need a migration script for these as if they were being used they were already broken. After being removed existing mappings with these fields would be ignored
