    Description

      Purpose/Overview:
      To able Unreleased back from Released status for encumbrances we need to implement that logic
      Requirements/Scope:
      If we change status from Released to Unreleased for encumbrance then we should

      • if encumbrance was expended before then not allow to update
      • if encumbrance wasn't expended then change status to "Unreleased" and update budget encumbrance amount

      Approach

       

      Please take a look org.folio.service.transactions.EncumbranceService

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Business logic implemented
      • Tests updated
      • Integration tests updated
