Description
Overview: Rolling over budget logic ignores expense classes when creating new budget
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into thunderjet scratch
- Create fund with budget in current year
- Add expense classes 2 or more
- Rollover fiscal year
- View new budget for your Fund
Expected Results: The expense classes that were on the budget last year appear on the budget for this year
Actual Results: The budget has no expense classes assigned
NOTE: This will cause problems with encumbrances if the expense class is not present in the new budget but the encumbrance is made anyway
