Fix fund type collection example JSON (acq-models)

The fund_type_collection.sample indicates the GET will return an array of funds when, in fact, it returns fundTypes. This is reflective in the API documentation, which may be confusing to developers. Also, I am not sure why the CI/CD RAML linter does not pick this up. My local raml-cop execution failed this API, so this might be worth looking into with the community devops team.
