Create view with Budget financial detail information

    Description

      Purpose/Overview:
      In order to support UIF-261 - Update Budget detail view to include more summary information

      Requirements/Scope:

      1. Addition amounts summary need to be showed
      2. Should be able build Budget report from database directly

      Approach:

      1. Update acq-models with new fields MODFISTO-186
      2. Use SharedBudget and view from MODFISTO-195 as retrieved model from storage.
      3. Create script for view "budget_financial_summary_view.sql"
      4. From code we a going to use shared_budget.json schema. Also this schema is used on UI now

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Script created and tested
      • sub-models update
