      Purpose/Overview:
      In order to support UIF-261

      Requirements/Scope:

      1. Identify more financial detail in the budget summary to improve the users ability to manage financial activity and daily operations

      Approach:

      1. Update logic for the services *org.folio.service.transactions. Similar approach with org.folio.service.transactions.TransferService
      2. Update other logic

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Update sub modules for mod-finance, mod-finance-storage, mod-orders, mod-invoice
      • Logic updated
      • Unit tests added
