    Description

      Overview:
      As we start to use the finance app several adjustments need to be made to the encumbrance schema:

      Encumbrance schema updates:

      • remove currency - redundant w/ the system currency
      • remove exchangeRate - redundant w/ the system currency
      • camelCase all fields
      • add note field (string)
      • add budgetId -> Optional
      • rename current_encumbered -> amountAwaitingPayment
      • make status an enum -> "Released" , "Unreleased" (default Unreleased)
      • make the following required:
        • amountEncumbered
        • status
        • poLineId
        • fundId

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • schemas and examples are updated
      • sample data is updated Sample data updated in scope of the MODFISTO-11
