    Description

      How to reproduce:
      Create FY with period that includes current date
      Create ledger and add to that fiscal year
      create fund
      Create current active budget for that fund for the above fiscal year
      Create Allocation for that fund of $2323
      Create planned budget for that fund for a fiscal year with a period that does not include the current date
      Allocate $1000 to that budget
      Go to ledger view

      Expected: total allocated for ledger = $2323. Created fund appears under the Funds accordion and allocated = $2323 for that fund

      Actual: Total allocated for ledger = $3323. No funds display in Fund accordion

      Acceptance Criteria

      • GET /ledger/<id> is implemented as described in the attachment(or WIKI)
      • unit tests are updated
      • API tests are updated
