      Purpose/Overview:
      In order to support UIF-261

      Requirements/Scope:

      1. Identify more financial detail in the budget summary to improve the users ability to manage financial activity and daily operations

      Approach:
      1. Update acq-models with new fields MODFISTO-186
      2. Update logic for the services org.folio.services.LedgerTotalsService

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Update sub modules for mod-finance, mod-finance-storage
      • Logic updated
      • Unit tests added
      • API tests added
