      Overview:

      Define the APIs for finance/expense-classes and add basic implementation (proxy back to storage module)

      Approach:

      • Update sub-module schemas MODFISTO-104
      • Define the API (RAML, ModuleDescriptor)
      • Implement the API as a proxy to storage level

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Sub-module schemas updated
      • RAML is defined
      • Module and Deployment descriptors exist
      • APIs are implemented to proxy back to storage module APIs
      • Unit tests are updated
      • API tests are updated
