Can't save Overdue fine policy

Steps to reproduce:
Given an authorized user (i.e. diku_admin in folio-edelweiss.dev.folio.org)
Goes to Settings>Circulation>Fee Fine>Overdue fine policies
Fills in every field
Clicks save and close

Expected behavior:
Policy saved and screen closes

Actual behavior:
Blank red "toast" appears and the policy is not saved.

NOTE The error does not occur on https://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com/ and https://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/. It does occur on https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/ and https://snapshot-core-continuous.dev.folio.org/. Unable to test CIRC-524 until this is fixed. Also, this error did not occur on BUGFEST until recently.
