    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a fee/fine that is not related to any loan or item
      2. Create payment
      3. Export Financial transactions report

      Expected result: dueDate and returnDate fields should be empty

      Actual result: dueDate and returnDate are set to current time
