Search/filter on fees/fines not pulling recent circ log actions

Overview: When creating new circulation action, like fees/fines - refunded partially, filtering by user barcode, item barcode or fee/fine drop down filters don't show actions

• Refund item partially
• Copy the item barcode that has been refunded partially
• Open the Circulation log app by clicking the top toolbar or selecting it from the App dropdown
• Expand the Fees/fines section by clicking on it
• Check the Refunded partially button

Expected Result
Circulation log will load. In Circ action column it will say Refunded partially along with the following data in the rest of the table: User barcode, Item barcode, Object, Date, Service point, Source, Description, and Action (dropdown).

• Clear the filters by clicking Reset all in the top left hand corner|
• Paste the item barcode into the item barcode bar

Expected Results: Circulation log will load. In Circ action column it will say Refunded partially along with the following data in the rest of the table: User barcode, Item barcode, Object, Date, Service point, Source, Description, and Action (dropdown).
Actual Results: Results from March 22 and earlier appear
