    Description

      Change refund report according to hollyolepm comment in UIU-1164:

      the part that I have highlighted in yellow(see attachment Corrections.jpg) is supposed to include only data for either the patron refund or the bursar refund, not for both. I also added a column for the Fee/fine owner (see blue highlight) which I previously forgot to include.
