Description
Split from Story UIU-711.
Scenario 1:
Given a payment received for a fee/fine charge by a FOLIO operator
When the checkbox "Notify patron" is set to true (or checked) on the charge modal (see UIU-711 for visuals)
Send manual fee/fine action notice* to patron
*The specific notice template to be sent is configured in the manual fee/fine table - http://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com/settings/users/feefinestable).
- If there's an action template defined for the specific type of fee/fine, then that notice should be sent.
- If not, then the default action template defined for fee/fine owner should be sent.
- Also, all token values will have their "real" values, but note the "Additional information for patron" field on the payment modal, which is also token available to templates. This information is entered by a FOLIO operator when creating a new fee/fine charge, and it should be the value for the "fee.actionAdditionalInfoForPatron" token.
