Uploading file with modified name fails

Overview:
Users need to be able modify the name of the file that will be used to trigger the bulk edit so that they can easily identify the file if needed. UUIDs at the beginning of the file name are not user-friendly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Upload the file with identifiers of the record that need to be updated
2. Download the file with the matching records
3. Made the change in the file and rename it so that the name reflects the changes
4. Start bulk edit by selecting the file with modified name

Expected Results:
The file is uploaded and the user can start the process
