    Description

      Overview:
      The names of the files downloaded by the users need to adhere to the defined standards but they do not and hare difficult to identify by users

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Upload list of identifiers
      2. Once the matching records preview is populated, click Actions-> Download matched records (CSV) option

      Expected Results:
      The name of the downloaded file has name: <yyyy-mm-dd-Matched-Records-<name of the file with identifiers>.csv

      Actual Results:
      <uuid>-<name of the file with identifiers>.csv
