    Description

      Overview:
      When saving circulation log with notices marked as "Send error" an error occurs

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate Circulation log app
      2. Select "Send error" option under Notice
      3. Click Action menu "Export results (csv)"

      Expected Results:
      The results are saved in the CSV format
      Actual Results:
      Export fails with the following error:
      Unexpected value 'Send error' (IllegalArgumentException) Object does not exist (ErrorResponseException)
