      Sometimes bulk-edit freezes on match process

      Steps:
      1. Go to bulk-edit page
      2. Users / User barcodes
      3. Try to upload any csv with valid user barcodes (or another record type)

      Expected:
      Preview with match results

      Actual:
      Progress bar in start position freezes
