    Description

      Purpose/Overview:
      Currently links to download Edifact file exists only for 1 day, after this download finishing with error, need to fix it

      Provided info:

      Need to implement a new endpoint that will accept upload path and return fresh presigned url. In context for job for Edifact export need to store the upload path instead of a presigned url. This uploaded path will be stored in database and used each time when we need to generate fresh presigned url for file downloading.
