Absence of not editable fields values should not prevent bulk editing

    Description

      Purpose/Overview:

      In scope of MODEXPW-294 it was detected that in case if values for the non editing field can not be retrieved by id or the value is blank the bulk editing stopped.

      Requirements/Scope:

      In case if above error appears with not editable by user filed bulk editing should be possible. The error should be added to error body without duplication.

      If error appears  for editable by user field  the such entry should be skipped, the error should be added to error body.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Bulk editing is possible if value is not retrieved by id for not editable entries field or it has empty value.
      • Solution covers problems with item, holdings and user records.
