Description
Overview:
The issue reproduced frequently on https://bugfest-nolana.int.aws.folio.org/ and https://okapi-ptf-nolana.int.aws.folio.org While User updating csv file with identifiers (reproduced for record types: Holdings) the update API
/bulk-edit/jobID/holdings-content-update/upload
fails with 500 Error:
message: "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.
If the issue persists, please report it to EBSCO Connect."

The user has not to retry to update the same file and the job starts running successfully
The issue can be reproduced several times in a row
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into https://bugfest-nolana.int.aws.folio.org/
- Navigate to the "Bulk edit" app => Select the "Inventory-holdings" radio button on the "Record types" accordion => Select "Holdings HRIDs" option from the "Record identifier" dropdown
- Upload a .csv file with "Holdings UUIDs"
- Click Start bulk edit option in the Action menu and make following changes:
- Set Temporary location to Clear field
- Set Permanent location to <to the value available on test environment>
- Confirm the changes
- Commit the changes
- Verify the changes are correct
- Repeat steps 1-2 times to catch the issue
Expected Results:
The response code is 200
Actual Results:

Additional Information:
The job can be finished successfully despite the error.
