items-in-app-update: item loan types

Purpose/Overview:
BulkEditItemContentUpdateService should support content updates of item loan type fields.

Requirements/Scope:
BulkEditItemContentUpdateService should be extended with the following functionality:

• Permanent loan type update with support of REPLACE_WITH action only
• Temporary loan type update with support of CLEAR_FIELD and REPLACE_WITH actions

Acceptance criteria:

• All submitted records are processed
• Both permanent and temporary loan types may be replaced with new values
• Only temporary loan type fields may be cleared
• Records that cannot be processed (or changes do not needed) are reported in the error log
• BulkEditItemContentUpdateService unit tests are updated to achieve code coverage > 80%
