Order line is exported when "Manual" checkbox is enabled in PO

Overview:

A user can not uncheck "Automatic export" checkbox for PO line when "Manual" checkbox is enabled in PO

Preconditions: 

1. Organization-vendor exists and has following integration details:

1.1. "Orders" option in "EDI configuration" accordion is enabled

1.2. Account number is specified as valid existing value
1.3. Automate order export for acquisition methods is specified as "Purchase"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://bugfest-mg.int.aws.folio.org/
2. Go to "Orders" app
3. Click Actions->New on "Orders" pane
4. Specify "Vendor" field with Vendor name from preconditions
5. Specify order type with any value 
6. Check "Manual" option 
7. Check "Approved" option in "PO summary" accordion
8. Click "Save & close" button
9. Click Actions->Add PO line in "Purchase order" pane
10. Choose "Purchase" in "Acquisition method" dropdown in "PO line details" accordion
11. Check if "Automatic export" checkbox is disabled
12. Click "Save & close" button
13. Click arrow icon on "PO Line details" pane to go back to "Purchase order" pane
14. Click Actions->Open
15. Go to "Export manager" pane and perform order export for organization from preconditions

Expected Results:

Export jobs module will not pick up automatically  EDIFACT format order, if opened, for Organization from Preconditions as Order's "Manual" option is enabled
