    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Trigger Item bulk edit with attached file
      2. Start In app bulk edit and set item status to a supported Item status
      3. Only records with supported item statuses are updated and the records with other statuses are reported in the error accordion
      4. Click on the Actions menu

      Expected Results:
      Download errors (CSV) option is visible
      Actual Results:
      Download errors (CSV) option is missing
