Backport to Kiwi. Circulation log export shows another tenant/user's data

Overview:
*Backport of MODEXPW-135 as a solution for the issue *

Circulation job log is exported for tenant tenant1 for the specific input parameter (for example, userBarcode=12345). However, we have found api call being made from tenant2 instead and consequently the records being fetched from tenant2. And as per the UI, no action was performed for circulation logs from tenant2 during this day/time.

Steps to Reproduce:
Kiwi Hotfix 3
1. Open environment
2. Click Actions > Export to CSV
3. Open Export Manager and access the downloaded file.

Expected Results:
Correct data according to the tenant.

Actual Results:
Data from another tenant.

Module versions are being used:
Data export manager (folio_data-export-5.0.0)
Data Export Spring Module (mod-data-export-spring-1.2.2)
Data Export Worker Module (mod-data-export-worker-1.2.3)

As per the observations, we could check that data is sent in the correct kafka topic tenant1data-export.job.update unlike the issue in https://issues.folio.org/browse/MODEXPW-67 where the data was being sent in a different tenant topic.
